Is your daily life busy and stressful? Too many things to think about and to organize? I can help you relax, get rid of the daily stress, and calm your mind with the help of creative journaling! You will be happy, relaxed and inspired with a calm mind after the workshop.

In this Artist-led Creative Journaling Workshop we will start your Journaling Journey together. By combing elements from the worlds of Art Journaling and Bullet Journaling you can craft a Journal that reflects your personality and meets your needs. Together we work on the set up of your first pages of your brand-new journal.
What will you learn?
- basic knowledge about the technique behind Bullet Journaling
- tricks and tips on how to create your own journal
- how to combine creative elements of Art Journaling with the Bullet Journaling Method
- how to use your journal for personal reflection
- the basic set up of the journal
I will guide you through the step-by-step process of setting up your journal. You'll have the essential tools to kickstart your creative journaling journey at the end of the workshop and your first pages filled.
Come even when you think you are not creative– everyone can be creative!
Once again, with the Creative Break Workshops I intend to create an easygoing and fun atmosphere for everyone to relax, clam down, enjoy the creative flow and create a nice memory to take home.
